How does the Hidden Gate work?

Image
A person can open the passage way with kind of access control systems, card reader systems, remote control systems, biometric systems, ticket accepting devices etc.           After the person has passed, flaps close again immediately.          Hidden Speed gates are equipped with photoelectric sensors (optical sensors, photocell) to prevent unauthorized passage.          One of its nice features that it is not possible tailgating or reverse entry. If this happens, an audible alarm can be integrated the turnstile or the software can be installed to close flaps immediately.         They can allow only one-way passage or bidirectional use.          In case of fire or any similar emergency situation, free exit option is available. What is Full Height Turnstile?

Image
According to Cambridge Dictionary; a device that controls the way into or out of a building, room, or area of land, especially one that you have to pay to enter.  A full height turnstile is a form of gate which allows one person to pass at a time. It can also be made so as to enforce one-way human traffic, and in addition, it can restrict passage only to people who insert a coin, a ticket, a pass, or similar.   Full Height Turnstiles are very common at train/metro stations, stadiums where used toll collection systems. Thus, a full height turnstile can be used in the case of paid access (sometimes called a faregate or ticket barrier when used for this purpose), for example to access a stadium, or to restrict access to authorized people, for example at the main gate of a facility like power plant, factory, industrial areas etc. Full Height Turnstiles can be preferred especially for high security required places.  For more information, Visit Optima Engineering. What is ALPR?

Image
ALPR, Automatic Licence Plate Recognition, is the process of detecting and segmenting the license plate area on the vehicle image obtained from the analog/digital cameras and reading the characters on the vehicle plate by image processing techniques.  Plate recognition systems are generally used in site entrances, military areas, public building entrances, parking lots, shopping malls, hospitals, business centers and highway tolls. The license plate recognition system at the site entrance reads the license plate of the incoming vehicle, if the license plate is in the white list (someone living on the site), barrier opens automatically by system. If not, it does not. In addition, thanks to the plate recognition systems, it can be easily reported which vehicle enters and exits, at what times it enters and at what times it leaves. Automatic Number Plate Recognition System consist of three main structures. These are analog/digital cameras (Especially IP digital cameras are prefe...

How does the under vehicle surveillance system work?

Image
UVIS is  standby mode while there is no vehicle  with h elp of its electronic design .     While any vehicle approaches the UVIS, it detects the vehicle with mostly used loop antennas.   Then the lights and cameras leave standby modes and start to run. When the vehicle  passes  on it, it  scans , inspect and record under  the  vehicle .   Scanning image  is  received in a computer. Security man can check the images manually if the system works manually.     Some UVSS systems can compare current images with previous images automatically.  If it finds suspicious objects, gives any kind of alarm.   It is possible to integrate the system with any physical security products like road blocker, barrier, bollards etc. It means that if the system  detects  suspicious object, road blocker or barrier blocks the passage.   A plate recognition camera is also integrated with UVSS system.  Recognit...
